Minivator increases manufacturing capabilities to maximise quality and control

As global sourcing becomes an ever increasing practice Minivator recognised that in order to compete on an ongoing basis global sourcing was becoming a necessity. Minivator Shanghai was established to enable Minivator can confidently source components in the Far East.  Having our own base means we know staff are being treated well, the quality of the materials supplied is as it should be with the added benefit of having total control of the supply chain. Having our own representatives locally enables Minivator to monitor activities first hand and therefore avoid any issues that may arise if something gets 'lost in translation'.

This strategy has proved successful, in fact since the inception of Minivator Shanghai, Minivator's sales have continued to increase to such levels that Minivator has had to expand the UK manufacturing bases three times together with increasing the associated UK engineering and administrative support services to meet demand.
