Minivator reaches finals of the National Customer Service Awards 2009

Minivator is delighted to announce that, following a comprehensive and detailed submission, we have reached the finals for the National Customer Service awards! This is what the award organisers had to say...

"This year saw a staggering number of superheroes enter into the National Customer Service Awards, and after a rigorous entry and short listing process the finalists have now been announced. ... this is a great achievement for those who have made the finalist stage..."

With companies such as Chiltern Railways and Butlins Guest Service Team also through to the finals Minivator is not underestimating the completion they are up against.

Customer Service Manager Sam Morris told THIIS "To have got so far is a fantastic achievement and is testament to the hard work of the Service team, and those who support them. You can see from the finalists that we will be up against some tough competition. The calibre of our competitors only serves to reinforce how well the Service team has done to be counted among the final 8 in the country.

We will of course keep you posted of developments as the competition progresses. Hopefully we can build on the success of winning the 'Best of the Black Country Business of the Year' last year and add another accolade to the growing list: that of "Customer Service Team of the Year, Business to Customer 2009"

It is encouraging to see our industry achieve recognition against so many other companies that are traditionally focussed on providing good service. I am sure you will join us in wishing the Minivator Service team the best of luck as they compete to let people know that the mobility industry is not made up of cowboys looking to make a quick buck from the vulnerable but of ethical companies looking to do their best for their customers.
